Getting Started
In order to set up your initial consultation, please complete the following checklist:

To schedule your initial consultation, please call our office at +1 (212)-988-2800 in order to arrange a time that works for you.
Your initial consultation with Marina Rogova N.P. requires a deposit of $195 which will be applied toward the total cost of the microbiome program if you wish to proceed.
As a self-pay service, this consultation and service is not covered by insurance.

Your Microbiome Test Kit
Once you receive your microbiome test kit, please follow these instructions:

Once you enroll in the microbiome program, you will receive two stool testing kits, one to use now and a second to use roughly six months later.
Each kit includes clear, step-by-step instructions for collecting your sample correctly. You will also find a short video guide that walks you through the process visually: How to Collect Your Sample.
The process itself is very straightforward. The instructions and video are there simply to offer peace of mind, so you can feel confident you are doing everything correctly.

After you collect your sample, please return the kit to us as soon as possible so we can forward it to the lab for review.
If you are based in New York City, you may return the kit in person, send it overnight by mail (for which we will reimburse you), or if easier, we can help arrange a courier to collect it from you for an additional charge.
If you are outside New York City at the time you take your sample, we recommend sending the kit to us overnight via FedEx (for which we will reimburse you). If coordinating shipping is time-consuming or inconvenient, we are happy to assist with arranging a courier pickup for an additional charge as well.
Once we receive your kit, results from your microbiome test are typically available within approximately four weeks, at which point we will reach out to schedule your initial microbiome review.
Your Tailored Care Plan
As soon as your microbiome test results are ready, we will schedule a consultation to review and come up with a plan tailored specifically to your microbiome and health goals.
